What To Expect at Tour

 

Each class is a 45 minute full-body workout on the bike. The lights are dim, the music is loud, and the energy is high. Every class feels like a party on the bike! All levels of fitness are welcome!

Cycling shoes and towels are complimentary. Just bring your workout clothes and your water bottle!

 

Your First Ride

 

Hydrate

Wet your whistle! It's important to hydrate before, during, and after class.

Eat

Have a light snack about 30 minutes prior to class.

What To Wear

We recommend shorts or fitted workout pants on the bottom and a tank top or t-shirt on top. Don't forget your socks! 

What To Bring

We provide complimentary shoes and towels; all you need to bring is your water bottle! 

Have your own cycling shoes? We use Look Keo pedals. 

Checking In

Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, have a quick tour of the studio, and get set up on your bike.

Where To Find Us

We are located at 4 - 215 6th Street, Brandon, MB.

Parking is free in the lot at the back of the building, and there is plenty of free street parking in the area.
